General Conditions of Use
Article 1. Purpose
Access and use of the "www.barnes-toulouse.com" site (hereinafter the "Site") published by Le Parc (hereinafter "BARNES") are subject to compliance with the present general conditions of use. (hereinafter the "Terms").
By choosing to browse the Site, users acknowledge having consulted these terms and accept, expressly and without restrictions, the terms.

Article 2. Real Estate advertising service
By browsing the site, users have access to a search and viewing of real estate sales and rental service.
The ads referenced on the site are posted by our affiliated agencies BARNES network and are only informative.
BARNES undertakes to make its best so that the adverts descriptions are faithful with reality and regularly updated.
The property descriptions for sale, for rental and their prices are the responsibility of Realtors mandate holders. Consequently, BARNES will, in no way, be held responsible for any error relating to the accuracy, reliability and availability of the properties mentioned in the advertisements.
BARNES reserves the right to correct, at any time and without notice, the content of the real estate advertisements published on its Site.
Article 3. Responsibility
BARNES responsibility will, in no case, be engaged in case of failure, failure or interruption of operation preventing access to use all or part of the Site.

Article 8. Nullity - Clauses Independence

Article 9. Juridiction - Applicable law
These Terms are exclusively governed by French law, including the private international law rules.
In case of discrepancies between the different language versions of the TOS, only the French version will prevail.
In case of difficulties of execution and / or interpretation of these Terms and prior to the seizin of any jurisdiction, the User agrees to contact BARNES to resolve amicably the disagreement between them.
Failing of an amicable agreement, jurisdiction is given to the Paris Court of Appeal notwithstanding plurality of defendants and / or warranty claim to know of any dispute relating to the use of the Site and / or the validity, performance and interpretation of these Terms.
